Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible options for rescheduling or refunds. Be sure to plan accordingly, as river conditions can change, and weather is part of the adventure!
- River trip reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trip will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee.
- River trip reservations cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled trip can be rescheduled or receive a store credit.
- Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Hocking Hills Canoe Livery runs rain or shine. We do not put guests out on the water if there is severe weather, such as high-water conditions or lightning in the area. Reservations made during these times will receive a store credit to reschedule. We do not issue refunds in case of inclement weather.
- Please keep in mind that heat, wind, cold, rain, and ever-changing river conditions are part of the activity.
- No refunds or credits are issued for no call/no shows.
Participation Agreement
Before embarking on your adventure, we ask that you review and sign our Participation Agreement. This document outlines the terms and conditions of your experience, ensuring everyone’s safety and clarifying your responsibilities on the water. Your acknowledgment helps us maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Please note, a digital waiver can be signed with any online reservation. When reservations are made, the system will automatically send a link to sign.
